Betsy Stewart has over ten years of experience advising and representing municiplaities, state agencies, and their officers and employees in Colorado and West Virginia.
Her experience includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
- Municipal Law;
- Land Use Matters;
- Employment Law Matters; and
- Civil Rights Claims
Her desire to advise and represent governmental entities stems from her parents’ background as public servants. She believes that the best way to advance the goals of the local government is to ensure that its officials, appointees, and employees are supported in a manner that is effective, well-informed, and efficient.
In her spare time, Betsy enjoys exploring all that Colorado has to offer, reading, and spending time with her dog Ruthie.
