Wilson D. Scarbeary is an Associate Attorney with Wilson Williams Fellman and Dittman. Wilson’s practice focuses on local government law, telecommunications law and policy, public utilities law, and municipal prosecution. Wilson currently serves as the Assistant Town Attorney for the Towns of Empire and Bow Mar.

Prior to joining Wilson Williams Fellman and Dittman, Wilson was an Associate with Hoffmann, Parker, Wilson & Carberry, P.C. where he represented and advised municipalities and local government entities on constitutional issues, land use and real property, eminent domain, and municipal prosecution and code enforcement.
