Bobby (“Bo”) Riley is Senior Counsel at the firm of Wilson Williams Fellman Dittman. Prior to joining Wilson Williams Fellman Dittman Bo was an associate at Kissinger & Fellman, P.C. Bo currently serves as General Counsel and as a Director of the Colorado Motor Carriers Association. Bo is a former member of the Board of Directors of The Outdoor Lab Foundation and Applewood Athletic Club.

Bo’s practice includes general business matters and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, transportation law, estate planning, and estate administration. Bo is regularly involved in various business related matters including entity formation, entity maintenance, and general contract review and drafting. He has also drafted and negotiated successful real estate sales, purchases, and leases for both large and small businesses, as well as individuals. He has drafted a wide variety of transaction documents, reviewed existing documents and attended numerous closings either with, or on behalf of, his clients. Bo’s work in the field of transportation law involves representation of clients before governmental regulatory authorities such as the United States and Colorado Departments of Transportation as well as negotiating and preparing transportation related agreements. Bo also assists clients in the estate planning process including drafting wills, powers of attorney, and other estate plan documents which are all tailored to each client’s individual needs.
